Writing.
Short pieces on the things that come up most often in the room, written in ordinary language.
Reflections
In progress.
The first pieces are being written.
They will be short essays on the subjects that come up most in the room, in ordinary language rather than clinical language. Attachment, and why closeness can feel like a risk. What high sensitivity actually is. People-pleasing as a strategy rather than a personality. Why a couple can have one argument for years. What psychodynamic therapy is, for people deciding whether they want it.
Some things are easier to read first, and say later.
In the meantime, the shortest route is a conversation.
A consultation is a conversation about what has been going on and whether this way of working suits you.
